Miss Club Wisconsin was
developed to offer friendly competition to contestants who
prefer bar contests or simply don't want to continue on to
a national contest. There are few requirements for the
winner other than to promote all GLBT bars and clubs in
the state as well as they promoted the bar in which they
won their title, promote the various club pageants and
contests and be an example to the entire community of
involvement and responsibility.
Miss Club Wisconsin is
open to all individuals who are the current reigning
"Miss" titleholders and 1st Alternates for a business or
community organization in the State of Wisconsin that is
not affiliated with a national system pageant. Qualified
contestants must be 21 years of age and have government
issued identification stating such. All representatives
must be in good standing with their promoters, business or
organization which they represent.
Business and organizations which qualify must be
associated with the GLBT community in Wisconsin.
Ideally, the representatives should be the current
reigning titleholder and 1st Alternate. In the event that
either cannot compete, the 2nd alternate for the specific
contest can compete. A maximum of two contestants from
each qualified business or organization are accepted.
The
Categories for Miss Club Wisconsin are:
-
Talent
Talent can be any presentation that is
entertaining which does not go over seven (7)
minutes in duration. Talents may not include
live animals or any type, fire, unwrapped hay or
straw or have water in them. Talent is scored

itself. Points are awarded for State Presence,
Modeling, Accessories and Hair and finally the
actual gown having the lowest amount of points
awarded.
-
On-Stage Question
The top finalists for Miss Club Wisconsin will
compete in On-Stage Question. Contestants
select a question at random and then answer.
Contestants are scored with a graduated system
awarding points for poise, content of answer and
stage presence.
